Problem Statement / Challenges
Finding reliable help for everyday tasks can be frustrating — from inconsistent quality to last-minute cancellations. Many people struggle to connect with trusted, skilled individuals nearby who can complete tasks efficiently and safely. Taska set out to solve this by creating a platform where anyone can post a task, get offers from verified workers, and hire with confidence. The challenge was building trust, transparency, and ease of use for both task posters and service providers.

We designed Taska to simplify how people get things done. The app allows users to post what they need, receive requests, and confirm workers within minutes.
Each step — from posting to payment — is intuitive, secure, and transparent. The design emphasizes simplicity, reliability, and local relevance, helping users feel in control while creating opportunities for workers to earn through verified jobs.
