Problem Statement / Challenges
Access to quality healthcare in Ghana and across Africa is often limited by distance, long wait times, and unreliable information. Many people struggle to find trusted doctors, nearby hospitals, or authentic medication sources. Zoner set out to bridge this gap by creating a single mobile experience that connects users to medical professionals, pharmacies, labs, and reliable health education. The challenge was to design a platform that feels simple, trustworthy, and inclusive — one that works seamlessly for users with varying levels of digital familiarity.
Solution / Approach
We designed Zoner as a complete digital health companion, bringing consultations, prescriptions, and diagnostics into one unified experience. The app allows users to find doctors, book virtual sessions, order prescriptions, and pay for lab tests — all in one place. Our approach focused on clarity, trust, and cultural relevance. Every interaction, from discovery to checkout, was designed to feel effortless and transparent, promoting confidence in digital healthcare adoption across Ghana and Africa.
